Guest Author Interview
Every few weeks I post a guest author interview on my blog where we get a little peak into an author's life! This week we're chatting with K.M. Waller, author of the Lost Souls ParaAgency Cozy Mystery Series. Have a question for Kizzie? Don't be afraid to leave a comment!
K.M. Waller aka Kizzie Waller lives in Florida with her husband, two kids, and geriatric cat (seriously he's 20!). When she's not reading, writing, or chasing her kids around the house, she's binging television dramas and mysteries.
1. How long does it take you to write a full novel? AND...what's a typical writing day look like for you?
It takes me about two months to write the book and then another month to edit. My days vary depending on what the kids are up to and my volunteer time, but I like to sit down in the morning and write a couple thousand words. After that it's social media play time.
2. Beside's writing, what are you most passionate about?
My kids. Poor things probably wish I was a little less passionate about forming them into productive members of society.
3. If you could travel to any location to write a novel, where would you go and why?
A Hobbit Hut in New Zealand. All that beautiful greenery would be so inspiring.
4. What's the latest show you binge watched?
Yikes. I'm quite the binger so I'll give you the last three. Harrow. Jessica Jones. Burden of Truth. All of which have a mystery (or mysteries) to solve.
5. Tell us something most people don't know about you!
I have high frequency hearing loss and wear hearing aids. I am a master of watching movies and shows with subtitles.
